By using Vestigia AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of our AI-powered historical landmark discovery service.

1. AI Service Description

Vestigia AI provides educational landmark identification. Images captured by users are analyzed using Large Language Models (Gemini AI). This technology provides historical context, architectural information, and cultural facts about public monuments and structures.

2. AI Accountability & Accuracy

LIMITATION OF ACCURACY: AI-generated content is probabilistic. While Vestigia AI strives for historical precision, AI models may occasionally generate "hallucinations" or factual errors. Users are encouraged to verify critical facts with official historical archives or authorized tour guides.

3. Prohibited & Acceptable Use

Users must comply with all local laws while photographying public sites. You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to identify individuals (Biometric scanning or facial recognition is strictly prohibited).
• Reverse engineer the AI analysis pipelines.
• Use the app to identify non-public or sensitive security-related structures.
• Upload harmful, illegal, or non-consensual content.

4. User Data & Deletion Requests

In accordance with global 2026 transparency mandates, users have a right to full "Data Deletion". You can permanently delete your account and all travel history in the "Profile Settings" section of the app. For manual assistance, contact hello@vestigia-ai.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vestigia AI is an educational tool. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from AI-provided information, navigation reference errors, or loss of digital discoveries.
